Michael Talbert relocated to Portland from California in 1986 and opened his furniture upholstery business in the west hills of Portland. With his son, Joel, by his side he quickly established his business as one of the most professional, reliable and finest quality upholstery shops in the Portland metro area.

32 years later Michael Talbert’ Upholstery is now owned and operated by Ricardo Fuentes. Ricardo  is a master craftsman and owner of Before and After Upholstery. He carries out the legacy that Michael established.

Ricardo also owns and runs Portland Commercial Upholstery where he does large scale upholstery for restaurants, businesses, hotels and a host of other commercial clients.
